Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow us 48 to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! We only ship out on a Thursday morning using Royal Mails 24hr postal service. Any orders placed on Wednesday after 5pm will be posted on the following Thursday. We only use Royal Mail 24hr shipping with a flat rate of £4.25 per parcel, as we are posting perishable goods, we cannot use any of the other postal services.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at flotted@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
